How We Share Your Information

As described below, we do "share" limited information with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the terms "sell" and "share" are defined broadly under the CCPA to include certain transfers made for non-monetary value.   • Service providers who help us operate the website and business under a written agreement restricting their use of your information to the services they perform for us, currently our website hosting and development provider, and LeadConnector (live chat), which acts as our service provider and processes chat information only to provide the chat service to us
  • Google, through Google Analytics (including Google Signals) and Google Search Console, as described below

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Firm, our clients, our website, or others

Google Signals and Ads Personalization are enabled within our Google Analytics account. This means that once you consent to analytics cookies through our cookie banner, information about your visit may be linked to your Google account and used by Google to build cross-device reporting and, potentially, for Google's own advertising purposes. Under the CPRA, this is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. You may request that we delete your contact form submission and associated personal information at any time, as described in Section 5 below. Upon a verified request, we will delete the entry from our systems ahead of the standard 1-year period unless an exception above applies.
